Enabled forms store the request in Coffee X Media and send an email notification through Google Workspace to the shared support team. Newsletter signup, when available, records your consent in Coffee X Media and sends your email and selected groups to MailerLite. YouTube players can be loaded individually using Load video. Saving privacy choices cannot activate disabled analytics or advertising services. For privacy requests, use the Contact page and select Privacy / Personal Data Request.

Information you provide
Enabled contact and rights-request forms collect your name, email address, selected topic, subject, and message. Newsletter signup collects your email, selected newsletters, and a record of consent. Please avoid including sensitive personal information that is not needed to handle your request.
How we use information
We use submissions to respond to messages, consider collaborations, review rights or correction requests, prevent abuse, and maintain records. Newsletter information is used to provide the updates you select and manage consent and subscriptions. Additional Coffee X Media newsletters are optional.
Technical and security information
Hosting and security systems process IP addresses, browser and device details, request times, and page requests to deliver the site and detect abuse. Forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify requests when enabled. Submissions may include the page where you completed the form, referral campaign parameters, and time spent completing it.
Analytics and cookies
When analytics are enabled, they may collect page visits, referral information, campaign parameters, device and browser details, and online identifiers. Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager may be used when configured. Security tools and embedded services may use cookies or similar technologies. Browser settings can restrict cookies, although this may affect features.
Service providers and sharing
Coffee X Media uses hosting, database, security, and email providers to operate the site and handle requested interactions. The site uses Hostinger for hosting and Supabase for shared data services; Cloudflare Turnstile protects enabled forms. MailerLite manages newsletter subscriptions and delivers newsletter messages. Google Workspace delivers contact and rights-request notifications to the shared support team. Access is limited to people and providers who need information for these purposes. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, investigate abuse, or resolve disputes.
Affiliate links, shopping, and embedded media
Following a product or affiliate link takes you to a merchant or affiliate network with its own tracking practices. Orders and payments are handled by the destination store. YouTube video players load only when you select Load video. The player uses youtube-nocookie.com and receives technical information such as IP address and browser details. This action does not enable this site’s analytics or marketing tracking. Existing images and video thumbnails may still load from external image hosts, which receive normal image requests including IP address and browser details. Following an external link leaves this site and is governed by that service’s policy. Those services apply their own privacy policies.
Retention and security
Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to provide requested services, manage subscriptions, maintain business records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Access controls and security measures help protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Providers may process information outside the country where you live.
Your choices and requests
Use the unsubscribe instructions in newsletter messages to stop receiving them. Use the Contact page and select Privacy / Personal Data Request to ask whether personal data is being processed or to request access, correction, deletion, a portable copy, or another privacy right available under applicable law. Optional analytics and advertising are currently disabled, and Coffee X Media does not currently sell personal data collected through this site. Use Rights Requests for content or media concerns. We may need to verify a request. You do not need to create an account to ask, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
Privacy appeals
If a privacy request is denied and applicable law gives you a right to appeal, submit a new Privacy / Personal Data Request through the Contact page with Privacy Appeal in the subject and explain the decision you want reviewed. If an appeal is denied, the response will include any regulator or complaint information required by applicable law.
Children
Forms and newsletters are intended for a general adult audience and are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can review and address it.
Updates and contact
This policy may be updated as functionality and providers change. The effective date identifies the current version. Privacy questions can be submitted through the Contact page when its form is available.
